Anne Hale's knowledge and strategy for securing our property went well beyond expectation. She knew what to do, when to do it, and did an excellent job at "managing her client" (us). From the start, she was always there with answers when we needed them and was not filled with a lot of fluff and nonsense like other realtors I’ve worked with in the past. Anne has an outstanding level of knowledge regarding the process and she knows her boundaries so she was unafraid to secure a trusted expert for questions when needed. Preparation aside, her expertise was highlighted after contract ratification when having to deal with the process, the inspections, and additional negotiations.
